TBJ CELEBRATES ISRAEL

On Friday, May 10th the entire TBJ community will come together to commemorate Israel's Independence Day, Yom Ha'atzmaut.

This year's celebration feels especially important as we mark Israel's resilience and hope during such a difficult period of Jewish history. In addition to a special Shabbat service in Israel's honor, we are delighted to be able to bring one of the most popular Israeli musicians of our time, Noa, to our community.

With roots and upbringing spanning Yemen, Israel and the United States, Achinoam Nini aka Noa, is Israel’s most highly acclaimed international singer, songwriter, percussionist, speaker and activist.

Join us at TBJ for the second night seder, reach out to us if you’d like to find a place for the first seder, and don’t miss the hike with Rabbi Sternberg. Our Yizkor service is at 10:00 AM on April 29. The Book of Remembrance is a meaningful way to commemorate a loved one.
