Michele Feingold has been a member of Rabbi Barry H. Greene Early Childhood Center faculty for over 24 years.  In addition to serving as the Assistant Director of the ECC and the Director of Camp TBJ, Michele has been a Head Teacher in the Preschool and a Kindergarten Sunday School Teacher in the Religious School.Michele holds an Undergraduate Degree in Elementary Education, a Master's Degree in Special Education and credit towards a Master’s in Administration and Supervision.She began her teaching career with the New York City Board of Education where she served for 12 years as a tenured Teacher, Teacher Trainer, Mentor, and Unit Coordinator, and received several NYC "Teacher of the Year Awards."  In addition to her work as an educator, Michele has been deeply involved in her community, having served as President of the Parent Teacher Council of Livingston and President of the Home and School Associations of Mount Pleasant Elementary School, Heritage Middle School and Livingston High School.  Michele is an inspirational leader, who is compassionate, spiritual, and deeply committed to a vibrant, warm, and inviting early childhood center and camp environment. She is adept in implementing dynamic, innovative, and multifaceted programming and curricula, and devoted to academic excellence, lifelong learning and a collaborative approach to team building and staff development.
