In addition to serving as the Assistant Director of the ECC and of Camp TBJ, Andrea Kessler has been our Head Teacher in our full day Kindergarten since 2000. She holds a Master's Degree in Elementary Education with certification in grades N-6. She is committed to providing all children with a warm and nurturing, yet challenging and exceptional, educational experience. Each day focuses on supporting our TBJ culture of respect, collaboration and community, engaging children in dynamic, genuine and meaningful experiences. In addition to her work as an educator, Andrea is deeply involved in the Jewish community, Israel advocacy and Tikkun Olam, serving in a variety of leadership roles. She began her career as a Development Director, working for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the North Jersey Jewish Federation. She is a passionate educator, and a loving wife and mother to two beautiful daughters.
